Returns and refunds – 14-day withdrawal

You have 14 days to change your mind

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the items, without giving any reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start from the last parcel received.

How to notify your withdrawal

With the “Withdraw from the contract here” button at the bottom of every page of the site: enter your name, order number and email, and you will receive a confirmation by email straight away.
Or by writing to info@scaranonapoli.it or to our certified email gisttfashionsrl@pec.it, including by using the model form in the returns and refunds policy.

How to send the items back

Returns from Italy are free: once you have notified your withdrawal, we send you a prepaid label.
From other countries return shipping is at your expense: choose your carrier; we recommend a tracked service.
Send the items within 14 days of notifying your withdrawal to: GISTT Fashion S.r.l. – Scarano Napoli, Via Alessandro Volta 30, 80028 Grumo Nevano (NA), Italy.

Condition of returned items

You can try the items on as you would in a shop. Please return them with their labels and, if possible, in the original packaging. If an item has been worn or damaged beyond what is needed to try it on, we may deduct from the refund only the resulting loss in value.

Refund or exchange

We refund you within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal notice, including the original delivery costs if you paid them, using the same payment method you used. We may wait until we have received the items, or proof that you have sent them, before refunding. If you prefer a different size or colour, say so in your request: if available, we ship it as soon as we receive your return.

Made-to-measure garments: no withdrawal

Withdrawal is not possible for garments made to measure or altered according to your instructions (hems, adjustments, personalisations), as they are made to your specifications (art. 59(1)(c), Italian Consumer Code).

Defective items

Withdrawal does not limit the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity: if an item is defective or different from what you ordered, write to us and we will handle it at no cost to you, including return shipping.
